This work is a collaborative project between Artists Margeaux Bestard and Kimberly Murdza, Owner/Chef Dara Wong, Chef Christian Lowe, and Bartenders Caitlin Wood and Emma Geis. These six women Teamed up with the desire to express their passion for their crafts in food, beverages, and photography.
Margeaux produced these images in four photo sessions, using only natural light. Three sessions were in the restaurant, and one was in the forest of Flagstaff, harvesting porcinis.
